I had a technical issue with my tractor in the field, totally wouldn't start and with the help of the workshop mechanic we were able to work through the problem over the phone and get it going. Can't ask for more than that!

I went in today (15/01/2021) to the Kubota/Massaro Motors Morwell dealership with my father looking to purchase some equipment and materials, as we always had. I used the hand sanitizer at the front receptionist desk and to my dismay, it had squirted me directly in my right eye. I proceeded to clean my eye immediately for fears of losing it.Coming to the end of my ordeal, I decided the correct course of action, as they teach in Civil construction and WH&S courses, was to complete an in-house incident report for my records, and for Kubota/Massaro motors records also, but as I was asking for assistance to receive and complete an incident report, I was rudely dealt with and told that it's not believable that this substance had gotten in my eye and consequently was told to leave the property.2 things stand out that upset me over this situation.1. The lack of care by the senior workers/owners of the establishment for minor injuries to customers, which to me seems to be a disregard for simple OH&S policies and guidelines.2. I was turned away like I was the criminal of my own crime.This review is to Shame the person dealing with me, as I have been treated poorly. Had the roles been switched, I wonder if they would like to be treated in the same manner.Jaymes Piripi.
