Finally got through to the store and spoke to Genevieve. She was the nicest Telstra representative I have spoken to in a long time. I hadn't had the best experiences in store prior, but her customer service was friendly and very helpful.

It's been years since I've been back to Telstra so I thought it would go and buy a new Google Pixel pro 7 I rang up this morning and Jess almost insisted I had to make an appointment I said I didn't want to sign up for the plan I just wanted to buy the phone outright. She confirmed I could just come and pick it up without an appointment but when I went to the store she said she couldn't just sell me the phone and that I had to make an appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous Jess attitude even from the phone call to going in the store was negative I have gone to purchase the phone elsewhere.

Poor customer service want to push everything to call centre to fix. Managers attitude was use the app, didn’t work, call someone who cares. Do yourself a favour go the app or call Telstra no point going in unless you want to physically pick something up.

Go in to the shop, THREE telstra ppl sitting around - NOT dealing with customers. Told l have to see 'Zane'; wait FIVE minutes (he was with someone else) just for him to say he will need to 'find' someone to help me. As said, l was looking at three ppl just sitting on their clackas! Zane l left, voiceing my curiosity as to what the others were doing - just to be given a sarcastic 'wave' bye bye by the blond in glasses - who haven't moved from her seat doing nothing! Appalling attitude and business model. Hi iinnet.

Terrible service, always booked out even though there's no one inside and cancel every appointment I have made so far, I have been on overflow data 3 months now because their staff are useless and can't even simply upgrade a plan which they said was done, would've stopped using Telstra years ago if anyone else had the same mobile coverage

Had a great experience with Joel? Very helpful. Did have a minor issue with the new phone & returned next day to have fixed. I will say that when you deal with customers you need to be respectful, helpful and friendly. Some of the comments from some staff I heard left me feeling very dissapointed on their attitude. Further, we have a very large holding in Telstra Shares and we wondered how disrespectful staff attitudes effect the companies performance.

We went in to this store today and the staff said they couldn't help us as they were booked out, we were the only customers in there, and what we wanted would take 45 minutes and it was 45min till they shut. We heard them whispering saying ' we don't have time.' No customer service and arrogant staff.

Not a great customer service experience. Went in to get advice on whether or not our phone was fixable, and if not we were going to purchase a new phone. The rude and dismissive attitude of the staff put us off completely. As we walked out the store, we were approached by another person who’d just been in the store who asked if we’d had a bad experience with the staff and we said yes. We’ll go anywhere else to buy our phone.
