I purchased a few things from here before. This time I Went to buy earrings. The girl serving me was not interested in providing service to me. I asked for items from the window display and she seemed upset. She didn’t even take the earrings out of the box to show it to me. I was struggling to take it out of the box. Felt being neglected. Not a good customer service. Maybe she needs retraining.

Walked in here after being in gold mark and was disgusted with their rude approach to customers.I was served by Amina here and received Great customer service . Got what I needed and definitely will Be recommending prouds Liverpool to others .

Been here this afternoon. The staff lady (not sure if she was the manager) was so helpful and spent plenty of time and efforts to serve me. Not pushy at all too when I was deciding which items to buy. Happy with the purchase.

Been here about 3 times now and couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Yesterday a lady with straight gray coloured hair helped me with no hesitation even though they were closing soon. Keep up the great work!

Horrible customer service went in to check the progress of my quote i was brushed off by a salesperson telling me they didn’t have time to look up to see the progress that i needed to come back it was disgusting!!!

I walked in and had an intention to just have a look at watches thank you Lorraine for coming up to me and asking if I needed assistance. Thank you for your time and patience and thank you for the new wardrobe I walked out with a new bracelet, 2 necklaces , earrings , ring , a pretty sparkly refillable pen & a cleaning kit for under $160 because she took the time to help me find pieces that match. Was there on Saturday, 4th Feb 23. The older lady working there in the morning was rude. Wanted to know the difference between two types of metal - a simple question turned into her making it out that I was dumb by passive aggressively sighing then saying - “they’re different metal.” Well yea, clearly. I’m a business owner, let me teach you something: you’re a customer service representative, your job is to also provide education on the products you’re selling. People ask questions cause they’re either curious or are wanting to know more from a ‘professional’ who clearly wasn’t professional and just angry. The younger ladies at lovisa educated me more between the two metals and were super friendly and happy to do so.. Don’t like your job, quit. You’re the face of the store when people walk in. Give it to someone else who is willing to have a genuine conversation without being grumpy - it’s your job honey and you’re lucky the store sells for itself. Also, saying ‘thank you, have a great day’ or even having a positive customer focused attitude goes a long way too, it’s called customer service etiquette.

PROUDS in Liverpool Westfield is The Best. My parents and myself been shopping from here since I remember. Old staffs who are still there knows us very well. Prices are Good too
