East Gippsland Traffic Control

One of the employees on York Street in Sale stopped without warning to chat to someone. Ok, not the best, yet after needing to go around him and back into the left lane and subsequently stopping at the red light, he decided to move up close behind me and hoot repeatedly because there was a green left turn arrow. The lane goes straight and left, and hello, I am under no obligation to go left just because the person behind me does. Not an ideal personality for traffic management or dealing with people in general.
