Sadly their cheap rates for the first 12 months got incredibly expensive after our 12 month contract expired. When I inquired about bargaining for a better rate I was told a straight 'no'. When comparing electricity companies on the government website, I noticed that they do indeed offer cheaper rates in NSW, just not if you're an existing customer.Our electricity bills are double the price (yes $800 for a quarter for a couple who doesnt use heating or cooling!)than when we first signed up and we have 1 less person living in the house and two less people working from home.Don't bother with them.

If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service reps are rude. I have moved away from them, and it's only been 2 weeks. Do not use Tango, I'm not sure how they are still operating!

From vic . I am putting another 5 star rating in for today. rang 3 times to find out something and 3 people i spoke to did a fantastic job and very helpful. In the past with another power company's i never had the service from them like i get from tango . I hope to be with tango for a long time yet . Fantastic service. Thank you

Automatically doubled the rate charged. $100 per month became $250. Sent one email of this change. No offer to re-contract. No reminders in case you miss the email.One of the worst of examples of punishing existing customers i have ever had the misfortune of being subjected to.

I've been with Tango for a couple of years and find the invoices confusing and like some of the other reviews there was a price increase late 2022 without any notification. When I queried them they said an email went out, I went back and checked and no email was found notifying me of the price increases. See you later Tango!

Can’t comment too greatly on level or service however the three times I’ve attempted to phone have resulted in long wait times and due to this, I’ve ended up terminating the call before speaking to someone. While waiting the IVR / hold function doesn’t just let you sit there waiting & listening to the hold tune playing for more than 10 seconds without an automated message cutting in to advise you of different ways to be contacted or to speak with them/various other information. It’s constant and beyond irritating; it really should be prolonged to at least a couple minutes. I can’t answer sporadically so it doesn’t suit me to have someone phone me back. Also, give people an expectedly time you can expect to be called back (Close of Business/24 - 48 business hours?) Lastly, advise of the anticipated wait time if you’re going to chime in so often. That’s my feedback for now

Dodgy company with so rude customer services team.They changed their rates without even informing us and when i questioned them they were not agreed on their mistake.Even I tried ombudsman they have also have some corrupted people with reasoning and have fake logs to show.Stay away from these Dogs.

Have been with Tango for almost a year and no issues! Simple billing with handy reminder SMS. My gas bill estimate was way over, so I sent through proof of my gas meter read and they fixed up my bill straight away.

What an awful sign-up experience! I submitted online after finding their cheap rates on Compare Energy but got a whoops something went wrong" message. I re-submitted and got the same. 10 minutes later I received 2 confirmation emails.I've called them 5 times and was on hold for up to 45 minutes each time without getting through 4 times. The 1 time I got through I was put on hold and then cut off. I contact them via online chat and was told I have to phone. I've emailed them and get an auto-reply they'll attempt to resolve in 5 business days.This is really
