Very disappointing. I want to give them zero stars but this system does not allow anything less than one star. Precision Ceilings carried out the external cladding of my building to completion in October 2014. They gave me a written warranty of 5 years for labour and 15 years for materials but they dated it May 2014. Some of the mastic sealant to the panel joints is cracking and causing leaks. They were contacted about this in June this year but are refusing even to come and look at the joints. I will not use their services again.
