Amazing reality based martial arts. It can be very intimidating to walk into a new dojo but Graeme Sneddon and his students made me feel very welcomed. Everyone was very friendly and there were no egos making it a safe environment to train as a beginner. Highly recommended.

I've been training with Budo Kenkyukai for more than 5 years along with my two teenage boys. It is a self defense based mixed martial art that is underpinned by Japanese philosophy and discipline. Very rewarding on many levels, anyone from any background are welcome to go along and try it out.
