After neglecting my hair for over 8 months, I had the best hair experience with Danielle for a balayage service with an additional hair cut and blow wave.From the get-go, Danielle was an active listener and exceptional communicator- she had a clear vision, explained everything before proceeding and made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. Super stoked with the end result! Will definitely be back and would highly recommend!

I usually go to another cheaper barber but decided to come here based on good reviews. I was left with a spiky short patch of hair amongst my longer hair, neckline wasn't cleaned up with razor, and no hair dryer used to remove excess hair. I walked out with wet hair. I now feel very self conscious. I won't be coming back.

Absolutely love how my hair looks and feels.. she did a excellent job and was super professionalLoved the whole experience...will definitely return .People here genuinely recommend stuff for you and not from a sales point, which I loved .Would recommend Nicole and the salon for all.

I had an amazing time being looked after by James! He was effective and knew exactly what he was doing, I mean he’s got over 30 experience, only pure talent there is to see, great cutting my hair as well as giving me tips and tricks along the way! I had a pretty bad run in with hairdressers in Central Sydney a couple years back and never wanted to go anywhere near any hairdressers, but I’m glad I took the leap and just went with it and glad I came to Franco’s! Will be a regular for sure!Amazing Service and Quality!-Ariana :)

Walked in off the street whilst on a business trip in town, salon looked good and they were able to fit me in. Great friendly service, Sam did my hair and what a professional he is, very skilled. I wish I could go there all the time, alas I live in a different state. They also recommended someone in Brisbane for me. I Highly recommend this business!

It’s always nerve wracking going to a different hairdresser than your usual, but I was so thrilled with the result that James and his team delivered. I went in for a simple root retouch and left absolutely loving my hair. Even got some amazing dinner recommendations from the girls. Thank you so much guys. Best hairdresser in Canberra
