Overall it Wasn't terrible.. they got everything correct. Just waited for a long time.. there was only 4 people working. We didn't get any sauses. Asked for no tomato's on a wrap and we got tomato's. Paid for a extra tender on my wrap and didn't get it. I think it would've been different and better if they had more staff.

The food was good. We had to wait a bit in the store which would have been fine if we would have been acknowledged.Store looked a little run down - tables and chairs were all piled up as if they were closing . Tables were dirty . Unfortunate.

Food was very good but waiting over 40 minutes at drive thru is pretty dismal service. Putting only trainees during a Saturday night is not a great idea.

Second time we've been here and there no fried chicken available. At lunch time .. not even 3 pieces for a meal, with no alternative options goven, no offer to wait for it to be cooked .. just none available. The store is empty and the drive thru had 2 cars.Won't be returning again, do not recommend.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes for the guy to rudely take my order. Probably not his fault, for a Saturday night I thought they would have more staff on. No one was over the age of 17. Waited over 20 minutes for my meal. Drive through is prioritised above all else. Don't bother walking in. I give them a chance every 6 months or so, sometimes you feel like some dirty bird, but the windsor store is the dirtiest of the lot. Much better options close by. And after all they they got my order wrong.

Establishment is kept clean and tidy. Not many staff on deck and having to service drive through as well, service was very slow.

Went to drive through. Ordered. Nobody behind me but go wait in carpark. Got all but one item. Looked like I had everything from a quick check. When I got home. Missing rooster roll. Pathetic amount of onion rings in a packet. 60% air. Not exactly close enough for me to go back and prove this.

The female, with blonde hair who appeared to be the manager was absolutely rude. I was picking up a delivery and she said to staff “what’s SHE waiting for”. That’s fine but maybe ask me. Then she literally threw the bag of food on the counter, I had to ask is that for me to pick up? If I didn’t ask who knows. The attitude was disgraceful. Someone paid to have the food and she didn’t give a rats. Prior to her attitude behind the counter she was on a video call sitting in the customer eating area. Terrible service by this woman. On the other hand the “workers” were doing a great job.
