I've had an air leaking issue with one of my tyres for weeks. Brought it to Mycar @Top Ryde. James did a thorough check on the car & kept me updated as soon as he found the issue and gave me the solutions straight away. He was super competent and professional at what he was doing and delivered an excellent customer experience at the same time. It was a stressful day for me already and the experience at Mycar Top Ryde just made the day for me. Not only that James resolve the technical issue for me but it was also a relief for me. I would strongly recommend Mycar Top Ryde to my family and friends for their professionalism and customer service. If you aint sure - just ask for James!

Echoing everybody's praise for James and team!Took in my car for a safety check without a prior appointment and James completed the additional repairs within day's end. I didn't take up all the services he quoted me and James was completely OK and nice about that.Plus you get FlyBuys points with mycar! Definitely a repeat customer.

Thank you to the wonderful mechanics at mycar Top Ryde for the professional way that they replaced the brake pads on my Skoda Octavia. Price quoted was less than quoted elsewhere and then even cheaper than the quote when the work was done. Thanks James and crew will definitely be back!!

Was stuck with a flat battery in the car park and the manager (James) helped me get a new battery and install it even though it was the end of business hours. Absolutely fantastic customer service. I'd poach him if I was a hiring manager.

James at mycar... champion! Thanks mate. Went there asking to fix my remote car key, as its battery was flat. James changed the battery in two minutes and charged me a whopping $0.00... wow. Also, he was ultra friendly when my daughter and I walked in and right to the end of the swift customer service. Recommending this centre to all :)Update from 1 March 2023: Shout out to Rock and co. from mycar Tyre and Auto at Top Ryde. Fixed my leaking tyre in a pinch and it didn't even cost me $20! Wow...!!!
