I booked my appointment in August for October & was given an appointment straight away. As i turned up to my appointment, i was told that my appointment had been cancelled as i didn't respond to any of the confirmation texts. I advised that i hadn't received anything, & they confirmed they had sent the texts to the wrong phone number. This is hard to believe considering i booked my appointment over email & clearly stated my phone number in the email. I advised the lady that my phone number was written in the email, yet had sent the texts to a completely different phone number. As a result of the company's mistake, my appointment was cancelled & i was told i had to come in another time due to a human error (her words). I would highly discourage anyone to book here as they are unorganised & unaccomodating on their errors. I wasted 40 minutes in total driving to the appointment & driving home & did not feel the lady cared about me at all. Thankfully i was able to receive my money back, but the inconvenience of the drive & time wasted is not fair, considering i booked two months in advance.

Don’t. It’s cheap for a reason.I had my lashes done for the first time ever with Doris and did it for 2 years because at the time i didn’t know any better. I was already unhappy with the service but sometimes it was ok so I kept going. Now that I discovered a real lashes studio, I can’t recommend this place at all.- incertains results (lashes sticking together, eventually I had to remove them myself, often one being stuck with others left me with a hole),- pain during procedure: top and bottom lashes would end up glued together every single time and Doris would not notice until I told her I could not open my eye. She would also leave me with black glue on my face and I had to remove everything myself. Every single time.- She made me buy a lash serum (Envy) that turned out to be forbidden in Australia and it made my eyes red and swollen- I had a lash lift and tint service that didnt work at all because the tint used was too agressive for my sensitive eyes - no test was done before - I asked to wash it off because it was burning my eyes- I would get critics on my skin (yes I have acne, thanks for reminding me) after each session encouraging me to buy skin care products sold at the premises - products overpriced and without clear labels on them.- general lack of hygiene, you come and seat on a chair that hasn’t been cleaned after her previous appointment. Sometimes she would wear a face shield, sometimes not, but she spits on your face when she talks. Nothing makes sense.Now. I don’t have anything personal against Doris but I’ve had a couple of lashes extension at another studio since the and none of the above ever happened.I thought it was normal to experience pain but it’s not. I thought having chunk of lashes glued together after a couple of days was normal, it’s not. It just shows a lack of expertise, technic and care which now, looking back to all of it, leaves me very angry.Do not make the same mistake than me, there are better and safer places out there.

Classic and hybrid eyelash extensions were ok, but worst facial experience I had. Paid for 1 hour facial, laid down 25 minutes for mask, 8-10mins for treatment and less than 10 mins facial massage. Not recommended.
