Historic Deepwater Railway Station
Worth the quick detour to explore around the old historic rail station. While unable to go inside, you can freely walk around the building and up the old tracks. Great spot for photographers and rail enthusiasts.

Such a shame these iconic railway stations have lost there use. Can't enter however you get the feel of what it used to be like. A lost lifeline to the town. There is still a need for rail in this country and especially to keep rural towns alive.

Beautiful historic Station. Railway line no longer operates but worth a visit. Historic Pub a must visit also plus it has great food!

I'm hoping this railway line from Armidale to Wallangara will be restored and reopened one day once the population grows in these rural towns to keep it alive.
