Lovely store, would give 10 stars if I could. Staff always go above and beyond for myself and my family. Have bought multiple jewellery items through the store and staff have always been so helpful, thoughtful and helped us with anything in the after-care of our pieces. Special thanks to Tracy for always going above and beyond for us.

I went To this store for a simple problem with clip on a Tissot watch I had purchased 5 months ago. The staff were rude, unhelpful, arrogant and aggressive toward me when I had difficulty with understanding the warranty terms. She ended up calling security. Now I understand why so many poor feedback for this store. I will never shop there again.

Now I see why this place has such negative reviews. After positive experiences at other jewellery stores in Perth, it was an absolute shame to have had such a negative one at Mazzucchelli's Garden City. Managers are given the ability to make calls regarding certain situations, but instead of helping us, she took the opportunity to use 'policy' as the excuse when it could of been a simple fix to really, genuinely help us. We would have been long-term customers if she had of, but we will never spend money in this store again now.

I purchased my husband a watch for a wedding present in Oct 2015. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks. By the end of December and 15 calls later, no one could tell me where the watch was or when it would be ready. In January 2016 (one month away from our wedding) I lodged a complaint with the ACCC and requested a refund, which they refused. The watch magically arrived 1 week later. There was no apology from the staff member when I picked it up and I received a threatening call from the state manager (Warwick) when I requested to speak to him about my experience. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Take your money else where.

Very disappointing customer service. My near new watch developed a fault and they insist it goes back to Tissot for “inspection “ . This took three months! . Same fault again a few weeks later and they still will not replace watch insisting it goes back to supplier once more. Very inflexible approach to warranty issues andclearly in breach of consumer law. I found it much easier to deal directly with Tissot in the end. If you buy from Mazzucchelli do not expect any faults or warranty issues to be dealt with appropriately

I bought a watch at this store and guess what? They put the incorrect warranty card in the box! Months and months went by of me following them up. They made the process complicated and never kept their word. Extremely bad communication between Claremont and Garden City store, each passing the buck so to speak! I never got my warranty card. Poor and unapologetic service. Discusting experience, will never shop there again. A bunch of cowboys! Do yourself a favour and find a quality jeweller! If I could rate 0 stars I would..

This is a positive review for Garden City after my experience at Claremont.I purchased a watch online and picked it up from the Claremont store. When I commented that it didn’t suit me as it was too bulky, I was made to feel guilty for purchasing a watch I hadn’t seen in person. I was offered no help or suggestion to swap it and I didn’t even know if that was a possibility, so I decided to keep it.As soon as I left I regretted not speaking up.The next day I decided to go to Garden City to exchange the watch to a style that suited me better. The ladies there were so friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome.This was a special and important decision for me as my Nanna gave me money a few weeks before she passed away to buy something for myself, so I decided to buy a watch. I left the store so happy and satisfied with the new watch and I really appreciate the help and kindness I received at Garden City. Lovely ladies! Thank you!!

Language barrier over the phone was really frustrating, couldn't get anywhere no matter how clearly I worded my question.
