Amended Review....I am so grateful to Tracey who recently contacted me in regards to rubbish removal. I appreciate having the issue addressed and not just dismissed. She was apologetic and able to help. Now this is the customer service from a company I so highly rated in the past.

Bought our bed frame from Sleeping Giant and what a wonderful experience. They are an amazing team and provided amazing service and products.. Fixed any minor issues we had immediately. Understood our pain after dealing with another dodgy company. THANK YOU.

Been to this store twice. First things first..I think Tracy is a wonderful person. She is an asset to the store. Secondly, when you go back to a store it definitely means you like the product. I was super happy with the matress hence I went back for the bed too. I'll be back during the black Friday sale for another set of beds

We didn’t know what we were looking for, a mattress was a mattress in my eyes.Dealing with Blythe, was an absolute pleasure. She took the time to explain to us the difference between the mattresses and why. She could have easily up-sold us but instead found us the mattress that was the best value, a combination of comfort, quality and price.We went next door to a competitor and easily found ourselves coming back within minutes.100% recommend

I'm here to write my very first review. I didn't mean to, but I'm so shocked by what happened to me with this company that I feel compelled to write about it. Almost 4 years ago, I bought my all-wood bedroom in this store. about 1 and a half ago we started hearing a noise coming from the bed, but we weren't sure it was coming from the bed. Anyway we did a disinfestation on the floor believing it came from the carpet. the noise continued, was not very audible during the day and was erratic. after about a year we moved to another house and i thought maybe he would stop, but it didnt and he followed us to the new house too and i realized it was from wood, i called various companies who couldn't help us as there were no obvious holes in wood of any kind. I let it go believing it was nothing, recently the noise has become deafening, talking to a carpenter friend of mine and explaining the situation to him, he told me that it was probably boring beetles, he explained to me that the life cycle of these insects wood is about 3/4 years old, who love humidity and that the fact that there are no external holes, could be that the eggs were already inside at the time of working the wood, and that this type of insect should not go into a wood that is treated and worked with care. I tried to explain the situation to the shop and I received very bad treatment, where they immediately declared that the warranty only covered one year, that it was not their problem and putting their hands forward even questioning my story, they told me that maybe they could send someone to check, which they never did after almost a month. I cant prove that the bugs were already inside, but I certainly don't expect a bed to be attacked by wood bugs after only 3 and a half years of life. I expected more cooperation from them and I didn't get any despite the high price we paid for this room. We are really disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Sleeping Giant was terrific. Blythe was a 5 star customer service person and Tracey provided excellent support. It was great to get a bit of bargain and the fact that Sleeping Giant has a dedicated service for disposal of old beds coupled with the customer service that swayed my decision to purchase.
