Extremely poor customer serviceI have bought a domestic pump and UV filter totalling $3735. I enquired about a pump for my fish ponds and was asked to put details in an email. I did so on the 18th April 2023. I did not receive a response so followed up with a phone call on 3 March 2023 at 1115 AESTGuy answered the phone and I explained to him. His response was he doesn't have the email in front of him and the person who does is away. Wow! Defensive immediately. My 'ick' level ratchets up one notch.OK so what do you want me to do" I ask

Super friendly staff and well stocked. This is my second Davey Pump. The first one lasted 15 years. Don’t settle for anything less and get it from Diesel & Machinery.

A great place to go when you don't know what you are doing! Graeme sorted out my problems in a flash and they sure know what they are talking about! He also had in stock exactly what I needed and gave me plenty of advice just what to do when I am servicing my stationery engine.
