Raylene ( the manager)from Noosa Pillow Talk was outstanding in her service. She went over and above for me even to the point that on her day off she is driving to Maroochydore store to pick a bedspread as I cannot get there. I shop there often and all the staff are fantastic and helpful. If there is a staff member of the month then Raylene deserves this.

Ordered duvet cover online arrived damaged twice they tried to blame me for damaging the item even when I stated it arrived damaged. Silliest customer service team. It’s not like you are providing high quality products for the price tag to defend it. Never shopping here again. Let’s hope I receive the replacement as promised.

I would like to say Pillow Talk hire exceptional staff! every store I have been to which are, Robina, Loganholme, Pac Fair have been so helpful, super friendly and have felt more than welcome in the store. it is like walking in to my own home as the atmosphere created is amazing! well done Pillow Talk with how you recruit!!!
