Went to this mechanic on Saturday for an oil change, customer service was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The owner who is in the photo with his family (Attached in the photo section) seemed very irritated and annoyed whilst we’re trying to explain to him what we want done with OUR CAR (which was a oil and battery change)….. he showed no interest in displaying decent customer service, or personal communication, seemed just generally agitated as we tried to explain we had bought a new battery for the car but don’t know how to insert it as it is located in the boot … whilst I’m the middle of conversation, cuts me and my partner off and states with a massive sigh “yeh but you gotta pay, nothing comes cheap….” Already assuming we came for a free service or something.One other worker (not the short workers, but a tall colleague who also speaks the same language as the owner) turned away from me and my partner whilst we’re trying to explain to him that our car was just recently bought days prior to us bringing the car in and disregarded everything we had requested (which was minor, we asked politely whilst in the process of changing the oil, if there is any other issues they can visibly see or notice to let us know so we are able to fix it there as soon as possible), he had turned around and continued working on another car.Only recommend this service if you need a quick fix. If you are the owner and reading this, learn how to communicate with your customers and take your AirPods out. And don’t assume thanks.Your service does not even deserve a one star.

Paid $1000 for them to fix my car after 2 days same problem happened again. I would not recommend this place!!!! If you want to save your money do not take your car here. I regret taking my car here as now I have to pay again for the same problem but with different mechanic. So disappointed. If there was a 0 rating I would rate this place as 0.
