Do not get deliveryOur delivery days have been changed so many times. Text messages to say it’ll be delivered tomorrow, call the store and they say Saturday then yesterday got a call from the driver to say he’s 40 minutes away, no one was home 0 communication and management will not call me back to discussRidiculous

Extremely unpleasant experience at the store.Found Staff (manager maybe) very arrogant and rude. I was buying a sofa for myself and was asking about the product price and the warranty etc but their assistance was not helpful at all, felt bit discriminated by looking at how he approached to their other white customers.What a shameful situation for a business and the manager himself where in this era still their mental ability hasn’t improved.

I had an amazing service with Larney and MerlindaIt was great until the young manager (couldn’t see her name) came over and had a terrible attitude. Her lack of people skills for a manager is totally horrid .Considering we spend thousands in the store .This review would have been a 5 star , without the rude upstart young lady that was the manager this evening .

Went in store to buy bedside tables, they didn't have staff with the ticket to use the machine to get the furniture down so we had to pay for delivery and wait a week for the items. One bedside table came badly damaged they organised replacement having their furniture delivery people come and swap them over, second attempt the delivery people didn't turn up wasn't notified by anyone, I called to see what was happening to be advised they were coming the following day between 3-6pm they turned up at 2pm and the second bedside table was poorly made looks damaged now going for a 3rd time replacement and as they are checking to see if their stock is damaged or now I have to wait another two weeks from the last delivery to get my item. Not good service at all, all I want is item I paid for in good condition and they won't refund delivery cost if I drive out and collect the item.

We've visited Amart at Rutherford a couple of times now.We have another Amart much closer to home but really prefer the Rutherford store because the staff are always kind, helpful, and - well... helpful. Yes I know I've said helpful twice but they deserve to be recognised as being doubly helpful from our experiences.I'm one of those people who HATE being approached for the big sell by sales people. I brace myself. I grimace. I'm not interested. The big sell will just see me walking out the door of your business with a sour taste in my mouth.I've not yet experienced the sour taste at Amart at Rutherford - mind you, I've not yet made a purchase but they're numero uno on my/our list of where we're going to buy our short notice- needed bedroom furniture.So far, I've been very impessed with the service. I guess I may need to re-address my review when we do make a purchase but I'm expecting nothing to change.

Friendly, attentive staff. Large range and quality furniture The prices are up there though.
