Kapture's late fee is too high and not having a preview of the image/s is frustrating. While I appreciate that school photo organisation is an administrative burden the ability to get a preview image via their online system is something Kapture could consider to make them more attractive.

Captured some great photos for my daughter and her class. The photographers have a unique ability to create a happy and relaxed atmosphere for the kids which result in genuine happy faces in the photos, which is exactly what we want. Final product is excellent and they way it's packaged is spot on.

The Kapture team were amazing! They’ve been capturing my kids special memories of school for the past few years and I couldn’t ask for more. Great quality photos and very professional service. I definitely recommend them.

$30 late fee, on top of a $50 Package =$80 seems very unreasonable for school photos. I spend $100 each year for 2 children and despite me offering to collect the photos to save on postage they still would not reduce the large fee to something more reasonable. Very disappointing after my locality over the last 8 years.

$30 late order" fee... is extortionate and appears ti have gone up from $10 a few years ago$40 for a digital negative

$30 Fee for ordering the photos 12 days after they were taken. (10 days cut off)Not even allowing parents who get paid monthly much Wiggle room at all.Just pure profiteering from busy parents.
