Never pass a good bookstore without having a little gander. Thirroul is blessed as this shop sits in the heart of the village. If you have tsundoku, stacks of books around the house to be read later, this little shop will help feed your habit. And the staff are genuinely helpful and up to date.

One of our favourite and frequent destinations on the Illawarra coast. A huge range of reads for all ages whatever your taste. Soak it in and enjoy the atmosphere pervading this special bookshop and then be helped by the wonderful staff.

I recently had such a wonderful experience purchasing here. I initially made an enquiry via social media and was given a fast and detailed response which guided me through their online purchasing process. I was able to get the books i wanted and had them delivered for free to my home with no additional charge by the next day! Their team were friendly, helpful and COVID safe (contactless delivery) and made it extremely easy to get new books to read during a lockdown period. Their communication and delivering of service was above and beyond AND they also wrapped my books beautifully in paper. So impressed.
