Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, even if they manage properties for free, still think twice.Upon taking over our shop’s property management, the branch manager Sabina Hogue called us and demand we tell her how much h rent and outgoings that we normally paid. We advised her to go back to the landlord for such information and then she started abusing us and said we are a bunch of losers.Every month, we have to email multiple times to ask for invoice of our rental so we can pay for our rent. And as simple as it should be, the date of the rent period covered in each invoices is never the same. Our rental date used to start from 15th of every month then all of a sudden changed to 7th, meaning that we paid our monthly rent but is only covered for three weeks.Thank god our landlord has finally got rid of this company. I have been a tenant with CAS Real Estate since they opened their Tullamarine Office, Vanessa B was my Property Manager.I have found Vanessa B to be very helpful. She has been very easy to deal with, always happy to arrange inspections around my working hours. I recently vacated the premises I had been renting, Vanessa B made the move very easy supplying all the information I required and arranging the Bond refund promptly. They vanished off the face of the earth before my lease term had finished. The next thing I know the property is being managed by a different real estate company. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Their customer service was mainly unresponsive throughout my tenancy. I found them to be sub-par.
