Fluid Building Approvals gave constant communication throughout our reno. Calls were followed up with emails to ensure we understood the process. We had 2 concerns with the Reno (structural issues) however our little Fluid team were quick to call and explain what the issue was and time frame expectant. We would highly recommend FLUID BUILDING APPROVALS if you were considering reno or build.

We contacted Grant from Fluid to help us understand the issues with buying an older home in the Brisbane area. His customer service, expertise and advice with regards to building approvals were above and beyond our expectation.As inexperienced home buyers, the detail Grant provided us (property and title searches, council plans, flood reports, dial before you dig) certainly made us feel like we were making an informed choice before we made our purchase. We highly recommend him for new home buyers if you are after friendly, fast and fuss free information.

I think this company has gone out of business. No reply to emails or calls. Shame but seems the service was lacking from the recent reviews. Too bad & I hope people who are with them are sorted out somehow. Best

Fantastic and friendly service!! Went above and beyond to assist us in our project, which was small by comparison to most, but they made us feel important. Even when we had more dramas than show season on Broadway, the crew were true to their motto and stayed fluid and were supportive right to the end. Would not hesitate to recommend!! A huge thanks to Grant and the team :)

I am so disappointed that this company took $250 and didn't do a single thing to help or guide me and will not provide refund. I would understand them keeping the money of they had actually done some form of work. whilst I understand that the $250 is non refundable. but absolutely zero work was was conducted. please do not sign anything with this company.
