Would give zero stars if I could. My elderly friend (in his 80s) arrived at opening time for a urgent fasting blood test and was left waiting for TWO HOURS!! He eventually left, in a state of extreme distress (not helped by the fact that the poor old man hadn't eaten for some 14 hours). Not once did the staff even ask about his welfare. The staff basically ignored him completely. Is that a way to treat our elderly??? Shocking!BTW, this used to be a Dorovitch brand clinic but is now a Melbourne Pathology clinic, after Melb Pathology took over all the clinics in our area.

Friendly Greek lady when I visited, quick and painless, and was able to pop out for a coffee and caprese at the little Italian espresso cafe nearby

I could not recommend this place. The service was poor, and as a previous review suggested, unwelcoming.Perhaps they should try a different line of work.

Excellent experience at Melbourne Pathology Albert Park - I had to stay for a few hours for fasting glucose blood tests and the team were really friendly, very thorough and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Definitely choose a different pathology service if you can.Same experience as others - fasting blood test and I waited for an 1 hr. Only 1 very overwhelmed staff member and the waiting room was full the entire time. If it takes this long for the test I wonder how long I will be waiting for my results?

I went at 2.30pm on a thursday and was really impressed with both the short wait times and the nurse who took my blood. It was the easiest blood test I've done and I was in and out in 10 mins. Thank you
