Rude staff, constantly speaking in own language to each other. Rough! Very unhygienic, using dirty towels and equipment. Have been several times for convenience but never again

Very expensive for spa pedicure!! They charge you extra for trimming the toe nails whilst getting a spa pedicure. Everywhere else I've gone it's included in the advertised price. Won't be going back!

Horrible job! Nails are pointing in a different direction to my fingers, nail bed shortened by white tip by 2 cm making my tips look radiculous! Pedicure horrible! Everything that could be wrong with this stupid nail job! & It cost $90!!!!!!

Been going to this salon for years. Got my nails done last week for my graduation and they still look brand new (acrylic full set and pedicure). Super happy with them!Although some of the ladies don't speak English too well, they are always super friendly, caring and funny!! Always remember me too when I come back to the salon! They can be busy sometimes but I will happily wait because the girls here are great.Clean space, good ventilation. I like how they always bring out a new, clean box of equipment for each client.Would happily recommend this place to anyone.

Just Had the worst service here.the lady treated me like a real nuisance barely said a word to me during the treatment even though l tried to make conversation.In NSW most nail salons have plastic in tubs and changed after each client. Here there is none and the staff just wipe over as they are doing your treatment. Do not use this parlour.

Shellac nails chipped after 2 days, when returning to fix just the one nail, I was left unattended with no explanation or communication or when I would be attended too. Another lady came in saying their nails chipped after a few days alsoWould have sat there for a good while if I didn’t speak up… No staff were friendly and were very rough as well.

It took 80 mins to complete a pedicure which is way longer than necessary. Likely because of the constant change of staff: One comes and takes the gel off, another comes and starts the massage and then another took over from her. I have no idea why.I wasn’t impressed with the fact that one of the staff pushed a chair with my foot on it out of her way and took the dryer off my foot because she wasn’t happy with the lady who put my foot there. Very unprofessional. If you have an issue with a staff member take it up with them and the manager but you don’t treat customers like that.The nails ended up looking nice so I’m happy with that and the man who was running the place was apologetic for the time it took.Poor customer treatment from the lady interfering with my nails. Rude and unprofessional.

Very rushed as they were busy my nails had gel underneath them, very messy job, French polish was very bumpy. Need more staff. $60 not very well spent

I've been going here on and off for the last 2 years as it's close to me but in the last 3 months I've been going, I've had so many issues with attitude from staff, staff on their phones texting, reading, scrolling while mid way doing my nails and the price changing verbally!!Also nothing was cleaned/sanitised. My nails were burning as she kept drilling through until I'd pull away. My nails are all different lengths and I told her I wanted them the same.I won't be going back there again. Sunday was my final day there.

Salon is filthy, the woman that did my nails was rough, sloppy and could not careless.It is a shame that I cannot support my local shopping centre and will drive past to further a field to get my nails done. The owner needs to shut this place down, give it a good scrub and relaunch it with new staff.
