Maroondah House SRS

Within 15 mins of arrival offered ice & heroin by fellow residents, within 2 hrs so called private room burgled, with everything of value stolen, including prescriptions & other medications.Staff notified with not a care given.Reported to police, who said “we attend there daily unfortunately”.

I lived there for six weeks and a park bench in winter would have been safer.Ice and herion users mixed with age care and high dependence people all together.They advertise 24 hour care but the fact is the security person is given a cupboard to sleep in and when a female resident needs attention security have voiced that if they woke the manager they would lose their job.3 dim sits and 4 lettuce leaves is not a main meal. Sadly I enjured the dim sims for 3 days because we had so many left over.If you think you have seen the worst of SRS'S in Victoria please do not leave your loved ones there.1 star because I had to leave one to rate but minus 5 would be a better score. I would end leave a dog or cat in their care

Ive lived here since 2006 after my wife died and now with new owners the food is beyond delectable. Great bachelor place and everthing else. I wouldnt live anywhere else.
