Have been to Harmony detal twice, the dentist and staff always nice. Felt easy and comfortable during the service.

I went there to have a tooth extracted, left with nothing more than an long expensive quote that included several hundred dollars just for x-rays, despite the fact they requested I get additional x-rays from another provider . Whilst I'm not ignorant to the fact that I needed work done, there seemed to be more of a focus on money which made me feel like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. I can't say I felt sorry for them when they were cold calling me during the pandemic lockdown trying to drum up business.

Part of my tooth had chipped off and by the afternoon the next day, Harmony had found me a much appreciated emergency appointment and my tooth was immediately repaired. Dr Wayne and the dental nurse were very comprehensive in explaining what was wrong with my tooth and they talked me through the procedure of the repair. Highly recommended dental practice.

The staff are always warm and welcoming and their services are nothing but exceptional, they make our trips to the dentist a fun experience. I highly recommend Harmony Dental.

I was trying to book a general clean, I’m a new customer so I’ve never been to this practice before. I was met with abrasiveness from reception. I was basically refused service because I didn’t want to have any X-rays done. Now, as a consumer, it’s my right to deny a service that I DONT want. I only wanted a CLEAN. If having the X-rays done as a new customer was POLICY then she should’ve stated that which she didn’t. Instead she kept saying and I quote “we prefer to have X-rays done on new clients”. That’s a preference not a policy!! She then told me to go elsewhere if I wouldn’t have X-rays done. Not the way to deal with any situation. Absolutely disappointing.

Amazing service! After several bad dentist experiences at other clinics, they were really accommodating and took every measure to appease my anxieties and make me feel comfortable. Pain and discomfort during procedures was absolutely minimal; I previously would have bad jaw pain for days after an appointment but since coming here I get no pain at all! My teeth have never felt better.Highly recommend their services.

Very professional dental specialists who seem to take their jobs seriously and had excellent attitude towards patients too. Had an excellent experience, plus reasonable prices. Staff very patient and thorough, were explaining the treatment as well which you may not see often. Definitely recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean waiitng area, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. I had my teeth cleaned by Heleen, who was just a joy to talk with and ever so professional in her approach to her job and more importantly - my teeth! Well done to the staff, honest and friendly. This is my new dentist and glad I left my old one to come here.
