Wish it was possible to leave less than 1 star review. New photo machines are absolute trash and wouldn't let me use eftpos. Takes forever to load any of your photos on. Told someone about it and they said it should be working. Wouldn't let me pay and print my stuff out cause they were closed. Even though I was stuck there over an hour because the machines were slow? I brang it up with a worker when I noticed it and he'd said I would be fine staying past close as the machine are very slow. Some workers are great but other have no consideration for the customers.

Been to this store 4+ times this year for printing and each time it's like it's everybody's first day. In each experience I've waited between 30-60 minutes and staff have been unable to print in DL size or print name tags/labels. Today the same, waited 45 minutes, 2 staff members spent a combined 20 minutes trying to print DL size, which is an advertised officeworks print product, and unable to do so so I left with no print. Better training is needed or at least active managers.

A nightmare! Came last month, then this month again just to print a few pages. Both times failed. Your staff have zero clue how to troubleshoot or have any customer service. Great you're going to receive new machines. But if you don't train your staff, why bother? If you dont want to train, hire inept people! One dude doesn't even know how to spell Xerox! Your manager is rude and condescending too! Not once did any of them apologise. They blamed your head office, the printers themselves and the printer providers. The manager had every excuse under the sun except for the truth. Incompetence. Manager and the guy serving me both left without even returning my flash drive. I had to ask for it. Apparently they couldnt close one of the printer doors. Seriously..... I don't doubt them but I doubt that they actually tried to solve the issue. They didn't even tell me the issue until I asked them. 1 printer had a connection issue, the other hardware issue. Get your acts together!

The Self Serve Photo Printing service is really shoddy. The kiosks don’t recognize your phone whether by USB or via wireless transfer, one of the kiosks doesn’t work entirely, another has a broken USB port, the other two are spotty. Then when printing the photos, the machine takes a very long time. The printing attendants are run off their feet busy and simply just don’t have time to assist. Not great Officeworks!!Definitely not an express service.

Product range and pricing is excellent. Unfortunately many staff here need an attitude adjustment and need to be taught manners. HR team seem to be scraping the bottom of the barrel.

Very bad service specially for the printing. I was waiting in the queue for 25 Minutes and then one staff lady approached and said the printers are not working so please use the self printing and sent me through checkout counter. They said you need print card and then again wait in the self printing queue. Are you guys serious??? Do you think people are free…if the printers are not working then should put some notes over there so people can see before joining the queue…even the staff is very rude…. I wish I could give you zero star…ridiculous service…

Very busy and never enough staff except when the store is busy and all the staff are talking in the aisles. Printing service is very poor, the 48 hour turnaround for special prints isn't abided to and you're unlikely to get your print in less than 4 days.

When it comes to customer service, absolutely the WORST customer service you can get in Perth, rivalling Karen's Diner.. But it's not a gimmick here. It's the real deal. They clearly don't put in any effort with staff training, probably a result of poor wages.. The staff have to take it out on someone, sadly that ends up being the customer who might dare to ask for assistance.. But the poor customer service is not acceptable..The wrong information given, the attitude, the not even checking if something is in stock.. I'm told something isn't available then a minute later I find that exact item myself and the so called assistant just shrugs. I'm sorry you get paid peanuts but if you're not happy move on.. Customers are not your punching bag.

Ordered click and collect standard photo prints about 2 months ago for my daughter's school project. Just got the notification this morning that they're ready to collect. Super convenient. Thanks, Officeworks. Would have been quicker to take some classes and then paint them myself.
