Poor customer service.Lady with short hair was rude at check out. I felt as though it was almost an inconvenience for her that I wanted to pay for my items.

If only the two staff could've stopped talking between themselves and at least acknowledged me entering the store on their shift... I was the only customer at this time. Won't be visiting again.

Offers alot of sewing & material products, however unfortunately they did not have any large easels in stock I was wanting. Service was excellent however.

I think lincraft are inconsiderate as we only have 1 store in Townsville and they now don't open till 10am, well I live on the other side of town, I drive out to find it closed, well I will not be back
