Flat out getting a cab on time in Darwin unless you book! Caught 3 different cabs and waited for 1 for over an hour (and missed an appointment), second one waited for almost an hour, and third one 45mins. This was on the Easter break while noone was getting around! Dispatch sounded like a young girl with better things to do, one woman was apologetic and respectful. They have a cab rank out in the heat with not even a bench to sit on, I'm a disabled person.(I had to ring 3 times to tell them I was going to collapse if they didn't move along!!) Shameful and not good enough!

they said that they called me and beep the horn outside of my location, but that never happened, I never got a phone call (as they said they called me i have no miss calls). and they never beeped. and the reception side of things is really bad the guy talking to me was very rude and unpolite. bad customer service.

To the rude arrogant woman dealing with customer calls. You deserve to be sacked. You have zero customer service skills and continuously hanging up on me without giving me any information on where my cab is or how long it will be. Our minibus fairs is what pays your wage lady so have abit of respect for others.

Just finished a return trip with Ravi and this review is the first thing I've done since getting home. By far the best & most genuine conversation that I've had with a transport service provider in years! I'm born and raised in Darwin so I know what the consistency can be like at times. He did his job & then some. 5/5 - I will absolutely continue to use this service.
