Cranbrook Car Wash - Townsville

Came here on a Monday 1/05/23 - Use self service bay -2 cleaning programs were out of order - The brush to use on the car as useless, it was very worn out and needed replacing! Didn't even foam up. the pressure washer was still shouting out water when it wasn't in use, so wasting lot of water. So I'm upset that I waste money supporting a local car wash. The place just looked worn out and need a good updating. Very sad, management should do something about it.

Came to wash the vacuum and utilise the vacuuming as im able to do myself. But wasnt available. Please state somewhere what times you offer to vacuum people's car. Ended up going elsewhere

This is a great place to wash your vehicle, and there are always staff on hand to assist you with your questions. My machine kept stopping so the gentleman kept giving me tokens until my car was clean and it's the little touches like this type of customer care that keeps me going back.

automatic car wash is an absolute waste of time. Did not clean anything and calling the after hours number is a bigger waste of time. Didn't print a receipt as requested either.

Would not go here again!! I went to this car wash and initially when I pulled up to the self was it didn’t except cash so I went to the next one and one of the washing steps was not available I continued on and when I went to pay with car it wouldn’t not work I tried pushing the stop on the machine and tapping card again then when it did work it charged me $15 not $5 like the sign said it would. I then went and saw the manager and she was really rude and speaking down to me she told me that if I pushed stop on the machine when I was done it would refund me, she told me if I had a problem I could call the charging agency but they would just call her anyway. The other worker kept walking past the car so I had to continually stop to not wet him. I was then finished and pushed stop which did not work, because she was so rude the last time I asked her I didn’t want to bother her again so I let the timer run out and waste my money and left.

Review of Dog Wash Station (not carwash)Wouldn't recommend this dog wash as there are better options around. Dog wash isn't maintained very well. Flooring is falling apart, always big clumps of dog hair in the corner (i.e. not cleaned) and timer/countdown screen is broken so it's hard to tell when your time is up. Prices are also pretty high compared to other dog washes and you need to make sure to press stop when you're finished or it'll keep charging (but again, cannot read the timer). Shampoo had run out so they left a diluted bottle in the tub as a substitute (instead of filling machine). Flea and tick rinse also out but no substitute offered.

Not impressed, turn up with a voucher for an ultimate wash, vacuum and and full wipe and got turned away. Not happy with the service at all!

This is quite a good car wash with a loyalty card system which is a great incentive to come back and be served personally. They will vacuum your car out for you too. Dog lovers can wash their pets
