I had an amazing experience at PUMP. The girls are lovely and the service was incredible. I don't typically take the time to write reviews but wanted to share my opinion as I don't think I have had such a positive experience at a salon before. Chantelle took her time with my hair and did everything perfectly. The prices were very reasonable too. I will definitely be coming here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hair/beauty/cosmetic tattoo service, it's definitely your one stop shop!

Had to post about this place because 1 week ago I walked in for the first time and recieved an awesome fresh hair cut and TLC my hair has needed! I recieved great advice both about what style and colour was suited based on what I wanted and prices decent especially compared to the outcome of my hair! Thanks to Chantel who looked after me from start to finish and with hair that has been referred to as high maintenance by previous hair dressers(refer to photos lol) Chantel handled my long locks with great care and good attention to detail. I purchased great products with no pressure from anyone and they have been a great investment with good results. The place itself is lovely and all the ladies are very professional. Don’t let Meredith go anywhere near your brows! I’m surprised she still is doing cosmetic tattoo! She did no measuring or eyebrow mapping and my eyebrows turned out noticeably uneven with thick crooked strokes… it was a disaster! I still look back at pics and I’m horrified. Don’t know how she could have got it so wrong! I had to get the tattoo removed with laser and get my brows redone elsewhere! Don’t waste your money ladies!

Excellent advice and patch test to bleach for a non paying customer. Thank you for the time spent assessing my needs after I walked in searching for a permanent hairdresser/ salon. Follow up by phone with your staff member from home afterwards. Will definitely be going back as a client. Thanks Meredith for the professional frontline service received. Give me 2-3 weeks for my hair to grow out and workplace roster settled. I’m coming back for further services.

I went to this hairdresser today and I was treated so well. I was there for about four hours. The best experience I've ever had at a hairdressers. They offered me tea and coffee and the chair I got to sit in to wash my hair was a massaging chair, I didn't want to get off it.

Chantelle was totally amazing not only with her customer service but also with her superb attention to detail & actually taking the time to listen and follow through with the exact colouring that I wanted! She is a gem! Definitely rebooking with her in future

Wow, Really wishing I could give this amazing salon 10 stars. What an amazing experience. The customer service of this establishment is incredible and my gorgeous brow lady was just perfect with my HD brows and lash lift. My wash and blow dry from Rebecca was fabulous and I was so relaxed. Being a mum it’s so hard to find time for myself and I enjoyed my little getaway to much. Just in awe about what a great time I had. Thankyou so much ladies. You made my entire month ❤️
