Good service. Nice people.

Took a pair of pants in to get them taken up and told them my mum had done a rough job and wanted to get them professionally done so they would fall better (eg smaller and lighter hem, and better sew job).Got them back 1.5weeks later and they had recreated my mums job but worse as it was even more noticeable on the pants.They offered to re-do them but I told them I needed them for this weekend so if would be too late, plus the material of the pants are is very delicate so the holes in the pants are already made and can not be repaired.VERY disappointed and won’t be taking anything to them ever again.Ps only giving them one star because I can’t give them none.

I didn't know that they do pick up and delivery. That's good service! Good job done and I was happy.

The team at Karl Chehade are absolutely wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful! I've had many alterations taken care of here on a variety of clothes and fabrics, the work is always of a super high quality and the clothes look fantastic! The dry cleaning service is also great, and quick too!

Karl Cheharde has been most responsive to my new b&b Stirling West Branch. The staff are professional and really friendly. When I have needed my quilts and sheets in a hurry they have done their very best to get them back to me. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We have over the last year had 11 heavy duty sun protected curtains cleaned by KC. Of these 9 came back entirely satisfactory, however the last two we we very disappointed. For some unexplained reason one come back a different colour. It had faded or stained from nice cream to a dull beige. After 3 recleans it was no better. A refund of the one clean cost was offered, We are still waiting for the refund. The guaranteed of If it's Right it's Ready or it's FREE" has not been honoured sadly to date. Update 17/10/22 Well we have had a partial refund. Only half what it cost us the clean the 3 curtains
