The owner is a lovely friendly guy and doesn't deserve the immature behavior of some so-called family members and other dodgy reviewers" - who seem jealous or trying to promote business for their own repair shops that seem to buy reviews to cover up because of their dodgy reputation! Dropped off an iphone x and two ipads for screen replacements.Very professional and no issues at all they look like new. He even opened up on a Sunday so we could collect, going out of his way. Excellent price I doubt you could replace a screen yourself for his prices. Also if you need a glass screen protector he is the man not a single dust particle. 5 Stars. Will be back if needed.

I came to Mr Phone a few times and have to say, they never disappointed me. First replaced my phone's battery, then fixed screen for my sister's phone. Excellent service and reasonable price. Highly recommend them!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!I had my front screen replaced in my iPhone XS year ago and still it’s been working without any issue. He stayed 30mins after hours for me because I was coming from Cradle Mountain and replaced it on the spot within another 30mins.Because of that friendly and helpful service, I recently took my wife’s old phone (iPhone XS Max) to replace both from and back screens. It was not in use for around 6 months and now it’s working perfect thanks to these guys.Reasonable prices as well.Thank You and Good Luck !!!

Excellent customer service by 2 separate staff members.My phone had a motherboard issue internally and you wouldn't even know the phone was pulled apart.Excellent pricing too, I paid less than half of what I was expecting.
