Great to be able to walk inside the entire tunnel that was built in 1888.

Originally when we arrived we thought it was a bit of a dodgy place with the amount of graffiti, but the lady that was set up on the others side who gave us info about what they are doing with it now and the history made it a very interesting place.

It's great to have a historical place that has not been commercialised. It is easy to get to but would be difficult for people in wheelchairs or with walking problems. It's downhill there and uphill back that is not paved, just a dirt path.

A hidden treasure of the Gold Coast which should be included on any GC Tour. It's a shame that more of the old railway line hasn't been kept and transformed into a rail trail for bikeways and walkways or similar.

Came here to see the creepy tunnel because my family and I watched a funny YouTube where they went into an abandoned tunnel, my daughter was super surprised. The graffiti here made it look more abandoned, but it was recently only maintained by the people who lived in the area but apparently now cared for by the council.
