Great service but unfortunately location of vehicles is not provided prior to rental which is a huge inconvenience I did a 40 minute drive thinking the vehicle was two minutes away from my location.

Started process to hire a van ..they took money from acct then tell me licence too damaged won't accept interim paper with nsw gov ID plus damaged licence ...only will accept digital which we don't have ...then tell me can't refund money for up to 48hrs ...they stole 304.00 from my acct and won't give it back ....stay away they are crooks
