For me? Just wasted my time. Didn't call back when he said he would, then just ghosted me. Week and a half - couldn't even get a price out of them. Just say 'no' up front - I'd be fine with that.

Jim did an amazing job designing and installing a shower screen in our ensuite. We are so happy with end product. Would recommend his quality of workmanship and will definitely be getting him back when we do our main bathroom
