I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. The staff were very friendly, Ian Robertson assessed mysituation and realised the need for haste and had all the work done by lunchtime the following day. I am extremely impressed that he worked past the normal 5pm closing time as we are 3 hours behind Victoria. So dodgy it's unbelievable. Unprofessional, unethical and just bad their jobs. Don't even seem to understand how VCAT hearings work. Two members questioned Alan John Parkes if he had ever even been in VCAT hearing before. They're just a money grab and go. They took my housemates money unfairly. I feel bad for anyone in the community that has to experience an encounter with these snakes. Run for the hills!
