Have down graded their products. Shellac has been lifting and chipping in first weeks. Never happened to me.before anywhere else! 30 second massage for Pedi also skippedexfoliator and other steps during my last Pedi. variable results. Getting worse and worse

It was average. Service could be more friendly and quality is a bit eh. The gentleman who shaped my nails did a great job but the woman who painted them did a shocking job. Pricing was fair. Would go here in a pinch but wouldn't go out of my way.

Across from the reject shop in Shellharbour square - I got a set of acrylics done the other day. The guy that did my nails was great but the lady that painted them absolutely botched the design. My nails n the design look horrible, with thick globs of paint everywhere, n they look nothing like the reference photo. So disappointed

Went in last week and paid $100 for my friend and I to get our nails done. We both requested a snowflake on one nail both snowflakes were smudged and poorly painted on. My nails were also wonky and different lengths. My friend went back today to get them to fix it and all they did was paint over the poorly painted snowflake. The staff laughed at the request to have these fixed. Extremely unhappy with the service and will never return and will never recommend this salon

Seriously awful. I had to remind the girl several times to fix the excess bits of glue and nail sticking out prior to painting. Before she painted I requested if I could wash my hands beforehand as there was dust all over my nails and she grabbed my hand saying “no I paint first, you wash after”. My skin on every nail had glue and peeled skin. When I had to pay at the end I refused to pay the total amount due to my skin being messed up and the lady Is saying “no darling that normal” so I just left the cash and walked off as peeled skin is not normal and they were trying to tell me otherwise.

Next to Kmart - Been here a few times thinking I just had a bad experience, never again. Went in for a full set and pedicure. Full set they use too much glue it seeps out and your entire finger underneath gets stuck to the tip, then the butcher tried to pull your skin away from the glue (this is actually their technique??!!!) pulling the skin ripping it and causing a lot of pain and damage. I actually had to tell her to stop and I will do it myself but they don't listen. Pedicure they don't do much and leave a lot of dead skin.Never again

They were super nice but the nails are all significantly different lengths and are way too thick. I asked them to fix it and they weren’t able to so now I have to pay another salon to fix it. Because the nails were too thick to file effectively they made me bleed twice.

Charge you a ridiculous amout for nail art & broken nails. I ask for my nail shaped to be square ( previous was square round ) but they said no we have to do do a full set ( they just want your money)I was told $25 for infill and then when I was at appointment I was told $40.I have been here previously and gave them the benefit of the doubt NEVER AGAIN.

Nails uneven and filed differently the worker had no customer service skills. The staff talk and laugh in their native tongue and it is not nice as they could be talking about the customers. I was extremely disappointed I even had to ask for the oil to be put on after my nails were finished. The store was very slow I think I now know why.
