This store is a total gem. Their 3D printing service is an absolute godsend, which I don’t even want to review for fear of exposing my secret weapon, but am doing so to make sure the powers that be keep this makerspace active. The mass of busy students, young creatives and entrepreneurs who use this space would have very few alternatives than buying their own costly machines. They may not have enough time to leave a review for google to see the impact on this community but I feel I must praise the work of the Makerspace and the staff James and Alex.Thank you Jaycar Broadway Makerspace! Never change!

Such amazing service! Staff, particularly Rachel, are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and inspiring: They gave me just the right advice and recommended the perfect products to progress with my project, even though I'm pretty new to electronics. Can also highly recommend their workshops: they are fun and great value, and.the teacher Dan was great.. The maker hub is such a wonderful concept. Long may it continue to inspire new and experienced makers. I will definitely be returning.

Visited the store last Friday just as they were just about to close. Manager Jess had welcomed me in and even assured me that I didn't have to rush in purchasing something and made me feel very welcome. She took the time to explain some of the products I was keen on and gave amazing suggestions on those within my price budget. Thank you Jess, you made my evening and helped me score myself a beautiful set of headphones to boot.

Bought an adapter here and the staff were so lovely! Wish I could give them more than 5 stars! They told me everything I needed to know about American electronics in America + adapters and helped me to be sure I didn't overspend on anything.

Amazing MakerHub concept. I just took my 11 y.o. son and his friend for an Intro to Circuit workshop and we had a ball. Thank you Rachel for the awesome session. She is so knowledgable, passionate and patient. What an incredible and unique idea, beyond simple common coding and focuses on the hardware side of things.

I’ve found the customer service at this store exceptionally good. All the staff are quick to help you out. Jess helped me multiple times to make sure I end up with the right solution for my particular project need. Regardless of me spending $2 or $2000, she has consistently gone the extra mile. Her patience and courtesy were really appreciated.

I took my son to the store on Saturday to get some parts for his HSC D&T project. Fortunately we met JESSICA, she spent more than half an hour with us and was absolutely incredible. SO friendly, thoughtful, considered, practical and smart!! Thank you Jess:)
