Loved the classes held by Lou at Rapture. Beautiful studio and enjoyed every class I've been to... plus if you can, check out the one on one classes with Lou, definitely worth it! Looking forward to going back.

Always a good decision to visit Raptures. More than just a pilates class, Lou is a professional who brings her own unique way & many mindful modalities to the practice. I use muscles I didn’t even know I had and always leave feeling reenergised yet calm.

Love my classes here. Lou is amazing at what she does, really informative and gives off a warm, lovely energy. As does the studio. The space is the perfect place to escape from my kids for an hour lol. Would 1 million percent recommend Rapture to anyone wanting to take on reformer.

You could not ask for a more positive, welcoming ad safe space to connect with self. Lou has created the most beautiful space where so many wonderful humans come to just enjoy what their bodies are capable of achieving. So grateful to have stumbled in the front door and started my journey here.

Louise is a great teacher and human, the space is clean and funky. Love the music and combination of lower body and upper body strength sequencing. Highly recommend

Lou is a lovely, welcoming and informative instructor! The studio is very clean and the interior styling is warm, lush and relaxing. I really enjoy attending classes here. The studio feels like a little slice of peaceful paradise, plus as a bonus, you work out all areas of your body! Feel that burn :)

Lou is a great instructor, she listens to her students and takes the time to help them perfect their technique so they’re getting the most from her classes. Looking forward to revisiting this cute little space!
