Came here for the 1st time, for a late breakfast, with a mate. Service was less than average, with no smile or happy demeanour. We both ordered the hangry big breakfast, at $25. On paper, it looked pretty good and looked nice when it arrived. Taste wise, it was very ordinary. The mushrooms were way too salty, to the point that both of us couldn't eat them. Hash browns were soggy and tasted like supermarket frozen ones. The poached eggs were ok, but the fried tomato was cold. Sausage was nice. On this first impression, l probably would not come back.

Breakfast delicious, I had the Hangry eggs Benedict, hubby had the Hangry big breakfast both very filling , I struggled to finish as the serving generous. We didn't have a booking they were able to accommodate as it was only two.I would recommend booking for larger groups.Definitely a place we will come back to.

I have passed through this delightful town many a time, and usually stop by the bakery. But felt like mixing it up today and was delighted with this place. Coffee was excellent, as was the sticky chai. The burger to die for and the brunch menu items we just extensive enough and the zucchini fritters had a lot of flavour. The old house is something to admire while you wait, and the staff are happy to give you some of the history of you are interested… I won’t spoil it, you will just have to go check it out yourself.

The most instagram-able food! Really tasty food and amazing drinks. We went for lunch, I had a burger (really juicy with loads of gooey cheese) and a latte, and later I had a caramel milkshake (massive milkshake served in a milk urn!). Really lovely food.We walked in and even though it was cold outside still busy in there so definitely be worth booking ahead. We were seated by a window and it felt super hot in there, even though it was cold outside so wear layers! The rest of the family went for eggs on toast, which they said tasted incredible. My sister in law had the buttermilk chicken bao buns, they looked delicious. Also, if you order a side french fries, prepare to be met with the biggest bowl of chips! Can't wait to visit Little Miss Hangry again next time I'm in Australia.

What started as a late breakfast turned into lunch too! We both ordered fruit toast to start. I love fruit toast but have to admit to being disappointed it was one of the supermarket 'cafe style' types, not the sour dough I was expecting. Lesson learned - always ask. A couple of hours later, the pumpkin soup and sour dough toast did not disappoint. Perfect. The coffee, atmosphere and fabulous service more than made up for my own preferences. Cannot wait to go back and try other menu items.

Lovely little cafe with great ambiance, and friendly, attentive service. The menu has great variety; whether you're looking for a cafe classic" or something more modern

Great little cafe located in Garfield. Situated in a beautiful little town. Staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. Wife ordered black forest waffles and the certainly did not disappoint. Children split the honeycomb pancakes and they were tasty and plentiful. I had a big hangry breakfast that was beautiful. Highlights of the breakfast were the house made hash browns and the gorgeous bacon. Beer battered chips were yummy with aioli. Would highly recommend this place

Excellent brunch! Had the 'the big hangry' and it was exactly what I wanted; balanced plate, lots of variety, greenery (spinach), decent portions, well presented and no issues with substituting for dietary reasons. Good service. Lovely original building. Only let down was the coffee. If they can up their game on that front, then it would be 5 stars. But that wouldn't put me off and I will definitely visit again - well done!

We turned off the M1 looking for somewhere for lunch and weren’t expecting much tbh. This cafe was a delightful surprise with a tight menu, offering healthy options in a historic house which has been renovated in a sympathetic and calming way. The Buddha bowl and the pea and courgette fritters were both delicious and the portions were generous.
