I walked in for a wax eyebrows, and walked out with scabs on my face. They have been on my face for 5 days.She didn’t know how to do it, the wax was cold so I assume the way how she was doing the eyebrows wasn’t correct. DON’T ENTER!!!

I went there twice days in a row (and would have gone again if my holidays in Cairns wouldn't have ended). Definitely one of the best massages ever. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and cosy and the full body relaxation massages is a dream! My mum loved it, too. Thank you!

Great location, able to fit in at last minute, nice set up and relaxing environment. However, the deep tissue massage I had was not good. I have had deep tissue massages many times and understand they can be intense. This felt like the masseuse did not have an understanding of technique. Leg massage felt like skin burn/pinch/twist rather than massage, back was a lot of pressure on bone rather than muscle, and arms just squeezed. Very disappointed, based on massage I had, would not recommend.

Found this place while walking along the street. I've had 2 massages in 3 days that's how great is. The staff were friendly and professional, very clean premises. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting either a relaxation or deep tissue massage. FABULOUS.Visiting Cairns again 12 months on and my first stop today was to have a massage. The lady I had was absolutely fabulous. I had a 60 min relaxation massage. Came away very relaxed. I tell everyone I know who's going to Cairns to visit Lavender Calm. 10/10!!!

Amazing full body massage! I get monthly massages back in Melbourne and this one was pure heaven! Firm and in all the right places and softer when needed. Definitely recommend! I’ll be going back tonight for another before I leave Cairns x
