Allowed me to book, pay and confirm the appointment and then said they don't have gardeners for our area which is less than 10km south of the Brisbane CBD, even though they say they support Brisbane.I can understand them not supporting an area, but they should be upfront about this rather than making me waste time & money on attempting to book a service they can't provide.

I booked this business online. My normal lawn service is off due to a death in the family. We really needed our lawn mowed for an event. I booked them online and received a confirmation (which I have a photo of) stating that my lawn would be done on the date requested. They stated they couldn’t give an exact time but I didn’t mind and opted for any time from 7am-5pm. I get a message midday the day before stating they can’t do the lawn. Very unprofessional. Understand you may not have team but then why give a confirmation stating it’s booked in and the lawn will be done. If I had been told at time of booking, we will confirm whether we can complete the job or not, I would have asked a few other companies as well just in case. Do not rely on this business and know that your confirmation is not really that- it’s more of a maybe.
