The top end load washing machine is not clean filthy...the filter has been thoroughly cleaned and so has the tumble dryer.....very dirty

Appalling service. They take your linen to wash and return other people’s linen to you and take no responsibility for it. No effort to return thousands of dollars worth of linen.

A super friendly guy working here saved the day and did a load of laundry for us while we were holidaying in Jindabyne. He texted me when the laundry was done and it was clean, fresh and amazing. So grateful!

This is not a laundromat, they work like going to a drycleaner, and aren't friendly about it.Top tip: go to Cooma for their self-serve laundromat and online payment system and tracking app! The contrast in experience was night and day.
