placed an order on menulog nearly a month ago and the restaurant cancelled my order and i still do not have a refund or any compensation whatsoever. and then would not answer the phone. would not recommend

Dumplings were not cooked. Literally it was like they were thawed from frozen and put into the takeaway box.

Staff are stretched across three different chains at once and need better training, maybe one more for efficiency who can take an order. Spider nest full of baby spiders on the dining table. Food was actually good though so if that's all that matters it's worth it.Three stars because it's average, down to one for the spiders and service, plus one because the food is actually decent and worth the money.

Waited for 30 minutes for our order that was ordered 30 minutes beforehand online. . Would never bother going there again. Staff looked like they had no idea what was going on and there was no communication with us as to where our order was at. Then told our mains hadn't even been started. No sign at the front of shop either. So it took us ages to find.

Disgusting meal, (combination pan fried noodles) overpriced, stodgy noodles, vegetables non existent, the small amount of meat tasted as if it had been reheated numerous times. Probably the worst restaurant meal that I have ever eaten.

Ordered takeaway but the pork and prawn dumpling was burnt on one side and raw the other side, I cut the dumpling in half and saw the pork being raw still. I checked with a needle thermometer and bingo it was. Sent some pictures to their email and wanted to kindly ask them but never got a response back. Luckily my stomach handled the raw pork. How does the person feel about their job working there?
