No idea how transport works... I'm former transport driver so I know the rules... you guys gave my $500 TV to someone without so much as contacting me to get my permission... & believe me you will be hearing from me as soon as I get back to town

Inconvenient.... Got home around 4:30pm Friday to a card to call and they have already shut and dosen't let you leave a message and dont operate weekends. Called Monday and was bluntly told the only time I could pick-up was before 4pm so I had to take time off work and the office don't even ask for I.D when I picked it up.. Even after all that I got the wrong parcel and wasn't allowed to return it because it wasn't their problem. Will not be using this service again.
