Whispering Wall
A fun place to whisper ! You really can hear it at the other end of the dam as clearly as if the other person is next to you. But we noticed it works just as well all along on the dam itself.

Whispering Wall
We visited this during a February morning on a weekday. Nice and quiet with no children.The whispering wall was unbelievable , infact it was so clear I thought it must be a trick and looked for a.speaker and microphone. It was real and amazingly clear. A must see the views are also excellent. This is a must do if you are in the area.

Whispering Wall
Was a fun spot to spend 30 minutes. The whispering wall (dam) was great to talk through, and the area was quiet and scenic. Good facilities, picnic spot, jungle-gym, toilets etc. Only an hour out of Adelaide and on the doorstep of Barossa Valley.

nice place to spend a few hours walking the wall and spotting turtles dont forget to speak to each other on either side of the dam walls

Quite a peaceful place. The dam is interesting - you can stand at one end and whisper and you'll be clearly heard at the far end.

I went during winter but on a sunny and bright day. You can even have a picnic on the grassy area around this place. It has a lot of shade. The farms nearby have horses which make the visit to this location more beautiful. It wasn’t crowded. There’s ample enough parking lots. As the name says, you can talk from one corner of the wall and let someone hear you from the other corner. The architecture is marvellous. You truly hear the other person so clear and loud enough.

We visited this place on a sunny weekend and we were amazed by the great feature of the wall. If you are around the Barossa area, this place is a must to visit.

Whispering Wall
The Whispering Wall is a unique attraction located in the Barossa Reservoir Reserve, just an hour’s drive north of Adelaide. It is part of the dam wall and is known for its unique acoustic effects. Words whispered at one side can be clearly heard at the other, more than 100 meters away!

Very clean and really big. Well taken care off. There's even toilet and many parking space. Even a playground for kids. Can turn into a picnic area.
