There's room for improvement. General upkeep and maintenance should be a priority here. Hard to justify the price tag when the unit was this dirty. They say you pay for the view, but you shouldn't have to pay for basic cleanliness.The gardens are fine, it's the general lack of cleaning in the unit that's a concern.

Amazing location and incredible design. We love staying here. A few things that could be better maintained or improved include; lighting in kitchen; benchtops swelling in bathrooms ; blunt knives; living room sofa webbing needs replacing; poorly cut key copies making locking difficult.
