Services is slow and waitresses are to busy stocking shelves or chatting to serve customers. Drank our coffee before the cake arrived and when asked where the cake was, was advised they were busy. Although coffee and cake was nice the poor services out weighs the taste of the food. Would not recommend.

Great food, nice setting and decent menu but staff are very unfriendly and lacking basic customer service skills. Service is very very slow.

Atrocious customer service. Coffee is scalding. Usually my regular spot for a coffee at Charlestown square but huge let down today. This centre is in dire need of better cafes. Bring back Athens Coffee House.

Arrived to an empty cafe and was told to take a seat and someone would be over to take our order, took 15 minutes until someone came to take our order.Took another 15 minutes for the coffees to come and they were all cold.Food took around 40 minutes and when I asked how long I was told they were waiting on eggs.Another 10 minutes food came to the table poor quality soggy toast cold runny eggs with the big breakfast.hard cold poached eggs. With the corn fitters which were burnt.The avo stack was over 16 dollars and had 1 small peice of turkish toast 1/4 of a peice of avo and 4 slices of tomato.Poor time management zero customer service and kitchen communication 1 star!!!!!

Service slowest I've ever experienced. Avocado stack was biggest rip off. Tiny thin piece of bread. Few slices of avo and tomato with poached egg.

Love the position which has windows and a view. The food was delicious and well presented. A pot of their special tea beautifully served on a tray. There was a bit of a wait before we were served but otherwise a lovely experience.

Had a bad experience here at my morning breakfast. They forgot to add our order in terminal, so after 20 minutes I reminded and only then they started cooking the order. Next, the coffee came with hair in it (!) And it didn't look like from head. Crazy. Next, my order was wrong: the eggs supposed to be fried and bread had to be sourdough.This place NOT recommended.

We decided on this place for breakfast out of multiple options and sadly we wish we never picked here. The food was dry, the ham and criosnt had spinach on it and ordered an apple juice of which was freshly squeezed of which they didn't advertise as I don't like freshly squeezed. Won't be back again.
