Took my mother dearest for some morning breaky only to find a store full of Rapunzel and Fabio enthusiasts all without hairnets. Now I’m not one to complain but she ordered a bacon and egg meal not a hairy muffin meal.All seemed nice enough but come guys.Be better

Nearly every day I come down there for coffee and 98.8% of the time its wrong.. tried to be nice but nothing has changed! Please look at your barista staff! Also the waiting bay I'm still sitting in it after ordering over 10 mins ago as my partner had to of course take my coffee back as it was wrong! Come on guys pull yourselves together!

Worst customer service ever as it takes 15 minutes just to give fresh fries and in the end you don’t even get the fresh one. Disappointed second time.

besides the x2 people at the windows who were polite i waited 16 minutes in drive thru I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar levels were getting quite low. I WONT be wasting my time going there again. NOT HAPPY JAN!! Don't waste your time either.

TO THE OWNERS:Try ordering a McFamily Bundle and a large QP meal and 3 extra sauces.90% of the time, your staff will stuff up the order in someway or another, guaranteed!And for years now!How you guys are allowed to own a Maccas with the lack of quality assurance is beyond me.

I find it most distasteful that McDonalds chooses to serve their Filet-O-Fish sandwiches right next to the fine establishment known as We are fishes. When will there be fish representation?

the place could be tidier.at every dine in visit I have to clean the table and chairs. When I ask staff to clean, whether I am given a cloth to clean myself or it is done more or less reluctantlyThe floor could so be cleaned more oftenstaff service at counter and food are good as per McDonald's standards

Waited over 14 minutes in drive thru with a total of 3 cars in front of me. Mentioned it at drive thru windows and was given attitude and practically had my food thrown at me. Won't be back to Tuggeranong
